That’s why this week we are going to host a Wellness Week (along with a raffle for $100 off your rent) for all of our favorite residents – EVERY ONE OF YOU!





Join us Tuesday night for a Beautify Your Eyes waxing special

(6:00 – 8:00p at the clubhouse)

Hosted by Misty Barnes, from Life Spring Med Spa will be doing complimentary facial waxing treatments for residents. Please swing by and learn more about the many facial treatments that Misty offers at Life Spring. Let your skin show the healthy state you are in!



Join us Wednesday night for a Nutrition Seminar

(6:15 – 7:15p at the clubhouse)

Americans are overfed and undernourished – what do your health choices say about you? Dr. Troy Rockers will be discussing nutrition choices that make sense, what’s in your vitamins, and how you can be healthy and still enjoy your food! Nutritional surveys will be given out so that you can find out what your diet might be lacking. Space is limited so please email us if you want to attend.



Join us Thursday night for a Beginner’s Yoga Class

(6:30 – 8:00 in the racquetball court)

A beginner’s yoga class offered by Maylo Anderson, from Life Spring Med Spa, will jump start a 6 week Pointe Royal Yoga Challenge. What a wonderfully peaceful way to close our week. Maylo is not only a fantastic yoga instructor but also a wealth of healthful living information! A suggested $5 donation is requested for this class. Join us Friday Morning for chair massages and spinal screenings

(9:00 – 11:00 am in the clubhouse)

Hosted by Lionsgate Chiropractic, join us before you head in to work for a quick chair massage or spinal screening. Make sure to grab some information about how being in alignment keeps your life in line.



RAFFLE!

For every participant at any of our events you will earn a raffle ticket for $100 off your next month’s rent! We will announce the winners on Friday afternoon.
